IN MEMORIAM
t is always difficult to say goodbye to good and kind people close to us. This is also the case with dr. János Szabó, the late founding member of the Rotary Club Odorheiu Secuiesc. As a dentist who carried out his work with pleasure and love, he worked first in Moldavia, then in Ulieș, Lupeni and Odorheiu Secuiesc. His colorful, friendly personality quickly made him popular among the members of our club. At the same time as his presidency, his health began to gradually decline. All this did not prevent him from keeping in touch with us, his friends and club mates, watching and supporting our work and projects as much as possible. His serenity and optimism, which he maintained until the last days of his serious illness, are exemplary to us. His departure from this earthly existence is an irreplaceable void for all of us.

Curriclum Vitae
I was born in Cluj-Napoca and completed my education there.
In 1974 I graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca. I was posted to Botoșani, then to Ulieș, Lupeni, subsequently to Odorheiu Secuiesc.
I got married and had two daughters: Éva-Krisztina, a dentist, and Andrea-Diána, a lawyer.
In 1991 I opened a private practice called Soladent SRL.
I was a founding member of the Rotary Club Odorheiu Secuiesc, then in 2005-2006 I was its president.
I have several hobbies: reading, fishing, beekeeping, gathering mushrooms, and playing with my grandchildren.
