I was born in Odorheiu Secuiesc in 1962. I studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Brasov from which I graduated as a sub-engineer. I worked as a production manager at the tractor factory in Miercurea Ciuc, after which as a designer at the Matrita factory in Odorheiu Secuiesc.
From 1995 to 1998 I settled in Hungary with my family. I worked as the representative of the Italian Caselli woodworking machine factory and the Sigmar paint factory in Western Hungary. Settling back in our hometown, as the owner of TM-Color srl., I am the distributor of Finnish Tikkurila paints in a significant area of Romania. My wife manages the economic part of our business. I have two adult daughters and a little granddaughter.
Since 2012, I have been committed to supporting the restoration of monument protection buildings in Transylvania with professional and significant financial contributions, including the interior restoration of the Babos Palace in Cluj-Napoca, the Bolyai Farkas Theoretical High School in Târgu Mureş and the Medical University of Târgu Mureş, as well as all public buildings and churches of Odorheiu Secuiesc.
I have been a member of the Rotary Club Odorheiu Secuiesc since December 2016.
My hobbies: gardening, skiing, and ice hockey. I enjoy holidays with my wife on the Adriatic sea and skiing in the Austrian Alps.
