dr. Pál SZÉKELY

I was born on March 11, 1979 in Odorheiu Secuiesc.

I started my school studies (1985) at Tompa László primary school in Odorheiu Secuiesc, from where (1993) I successfully enrolled in the biology-chemistry department of the Tamási Áron theoretical lyceum.

I continued my studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Târgu Mureş. In addition to chemistry, I was also interested in pharmaceutical technology. In 2002 I successfully passed the state exam at the department mentioned later.

Due to my affinity for pharmaceutical science, I was an intern from February 2003 and an assistant professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry from 2006.

Between 2003 and 2005 I obtained a master’s degree in business management at Petru Maior University, Faculty of Economics.

From 2007 I was a specialist pharmacist in the field of industrial pharmacy and cosmetology.

From 2008 I was an assistant professor and then a senior lecturer at the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing.

Since 2011 I have been a Doctor of Pharmacy. In the same year, my wife and I founded Medina Pharmacy. Until 2014, I practiced teaching and ran our business in parallel.

From 2016 to 2020 I was Vice-President of the Chamber of Pharmacists of Harghita County, where I considered the professional development of pharmacists to be my main objective.

Since 2016 I have been organizing the Pharmacist Days, which is a recognized training event in Hungary as well.

In 2017, together with two partners, we founded the Vitality Clinic outpatient clinic.
