As can be seen in our previous projects, after the floods of 2005, Rotary clubs in the Carpathian Basin also offered their support.
The club in Debrecen took it upon itself to collect donations, setting a good example. They contacted our club to make sure that support would reach the best place. Half a million HUF were raised from Hungarian clubs. Our club used this money to support the reconstruction of the roof of the bridge in Cădaciu Mic, which was taken by the Nyikó River.
The reconstructed bridge was handed over on March 31, 2007, and a plaque was placed on the bridge with the names of those who contributed.
