I was born in Miercurea Ciuc in 1980.
From the Márton Áron High School in Miercurea Ciuc, my path led me to the Architecture Department of the Technical University of Timisoara, where I attended a master’s degree in restoration from 2005, and from 2007 I taught those who were only 6-7 years younger than me as an assistant teacher.
In the meantime, in 2003, I spent half a year in Naples thanks to the Erasmus exchange student program, for which I remain forever grateful to fate. I was enriched here with a perspective of eternal serenity, which proves to be a very valuable gift in difficult times.
I was a member of the Archaeus architectural company in Timisoara for six years, where I really formed as an architect, laying the foundation for the moral solidity and practical knowledge necessary for my chosen profession, which the university environment can hardly provide.
In February 2009, leaving Timisoara behind, my architect wife and I founded an architectural office in Miercurea Ciuc with two additional partners, trying our luck in our homeland, from which we had been separated for a good 10 years. Finally, in my wife’s hometown, Odorheiu Secuiesc, we founded a family next to the office, expanding our family with a little boy and a little girl in the meantime.
Since 2013 I have been serving the community not only as an architect, but also as a member of the Rotary Club Odorheiu Secuiesc, where I found a home and a suitable place for the practice of our profession. As a club activity, within the framework of the international Touchable Invisible program, I would like to highlight the realization of the bronze relief visible in Odorheiu Secuiesc, which depicts the historical city core accessible even for blind people.
During my mandate as secretary in 2017-2018, we successfully catalyzed the founding of the Rotary Club Miercurea Ciuc, and in 2022-2023 my friends entrusted me with the task of holding the rotating presidency.
In 2020, Rotary District 2241 awarded me with the Paul Harris Fellow recognition.
