Year of entry
Year of becoming honorary member
2008

I was born in 1942 in Cluj-Napoca.

I completed my education in Odorheiu Secuiesc. I graduated from high school in 1959, then I obtained my doctorate degree in medicine at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureş in 1965.

Moving through the professional hierarchy, I was an extern, intern, sub-doctor, specialist, chief physician, and finally as head of department surgeon-chief physician and medical director of the hospital in Odorheiu Secuiesc.

I retired in 2008, but I didn’t stop working because I worked for another 10 years in a private institution, and I also worked as a team doctor for the professional handball team of Odorheiu Secuiesc, until finally I was forced to retire from the profession in 2019 due to illness.

I have been a founding member of the Rotary Club Odorheiu Secuiesc since its foundation. I have tried to help the club’s charity in my area and I am delighted to belong to such an extraordinary company. I remained an honorary member in my old age, and as a Rotarian who has turned 80, I am grateful to our club for all the kindness and consideration they have showered me with over the years.

I wish our small team good and productive work for the common good, good health and happiness both in their public and private lives!
