Sándor ALBERT jr.

I was born in Odorheiu Secuiesc in 1988. I continued my primary and secondary school studies at the Tamasi Áron High School and it was during this period that I developed those decisive relationships that played a significant role in me moving back to my hometown after several years of absence.

I studied at university in various fields of economics. I had the opportunity to study at several universities in several cities (Bucharest, Dresden, Vienna, Cluj-Napoca and then Budapest), which greatly contributed to my open mindset in the world, to be curious and receptive to other cultures, different opinions, and customs.

We were living in Budapest when me and my wife, who is an actress, got married; then our daughter was born here (2014) and I started my professional career here in an international consulting team (KPMG). In 2016, when our daughter turned two years old, we decided to move back to Odorheiu Secuiesc in order to provide our daughter with a homely childhood similar to the one we had. Our son was already born in Odorheiu Secuiesc (2018).

Apart from a one-and-a-half-year involvement in the local government, I worked as the financial manager of local companies (IMPAR SRL, IKOS-CONF SA). Currently I am an economic analyst at Color Metal SRL.

In addition to work, it is extremely important for me to take an active part in community life through various civil organizations. I have been a member of the local Rotary Club since 2017, and I also take part in the management of the Community Foundation of Odorheiu Secuiesc (first a member of the Board of Trustees, then its president from 2023) and in the operation of the Odorhei branch of the Association of Hungarian Economists in Romania (RMKT).
