I was born in Frumoasa on June 15, 1951.
I finished my primary schools in Păuleni-Ciuc, then I graduated from the predecessor of the Márton Áron High School in Miercurea Ciuc in 1970.
After graduating from the woodworking technical school, I obtained a law degree in 1978 at the Babes-Bolyai University’s branch in Sibiu.
After graduating from university, I worked as a legal adviser at the Harghita County School Inspectorate, then at a company dealing with soil improvement and agricultural construction.
In 1986 I was appointed chief notary of the State Notary of Odorheiu Secuiesc, a position I held until November 18, 1995. Then private notary offices were established, and from then on I worked as a notary. I was a member of the Executive Council of the Mures-Harghita Chamber of Notaries for several terms, and from 1 January 2011 I also served as Vice-President of the Chamber of Notaries.
Since 2004 I have been working together with my son Tamás Ferencz, who passed the notary exam in 2008.
In 2006 I joined the team of the Rotary Club Odorheiu Secuiesc, where I had the opportunity to do something for the common good as a private person and where I also enjoy the friendship of valuable people.
